good article and some useful tips - i've started using google's local business centre, but the one area i haven't cracked is editing phone numbers.

i wanted to verify my listing by phone (not mobile)and submitted a direct number to receive the PIN. that works fine, but if you then go back in to the listing and try to alter the main number it won't allow you to do this without verifying it again - surely that's a catch 22 situation!

any bright ideas out there please?! mike

Your publication is very thorough and useful in many ways.

Does anyone know how to have reviews listed without the need for client to create a google account? I have been trying at this for two weeks but every customer claimed they needs to create an account then login and most are not really up for that. They would prefer to be able to click on the review tab and enter their experience of our services.

Thanks in advance
